Abstract: In order to improve the vibration problem of marine diesel engine shield, this paper simulates the structure of a marine diesel engine shield based on finite element method. HyperMesh is used to complete the pre-processing of the shield, and ABAQUS is used to check the mode of the shield. The calculation results show that the first three modes of the marine diesel engine shield are less than 1.2 times of the excitation frequency corresponding to the rated speed of the engine, so it is easy to have resonance when working, and the modes do not meet the design requirements. After analyzing the vibration types and frequency of the shield mode, the structure of the shield is optimized and strengthened. The calculation results show that the optimized shield mode meets the design requirements. This paper has some reference significance for the structural design of shields.

摘要: 为改进船用柴油机防护罩振动过大的问题,文章基于有限元方法对某船用柴油机防护 罩进行结构仿真。采用 Hyper Mesh 完成防护罩的前处理,使用 ABAQUS 对防护罩模态进行 校核。计算结果显示,该船用柴油机防护罩前三阶模态低于发动机额定转速对应激励频率的 1.2 倍,工作时易于发生共振,模态不满足设计要求。分析防护罩模态振型及频率后,对该防 护罩结构进行了优化加强。计算结果表明,优化后的防护罩模态满足设计要求,文章对防护 罩类结构设计具有一定参考意义。
