Abstract: In this paper, the intercooling tube system of an engine is analyzed. Hypermesh is used to conduct preliminary processing on the model. The deformation and strength of the intercooling tube system are analyzed. Abaqus is used in the structural simulation analysis process. The structural simulation analysis of the breakdown parts was carried out. According to the calculation results, the weak points are improved and optimized. By changing the structure and thickening the plate, the stiffness of the intercooling tube system is improved, and the deformation of the intercooling tube support is reduced. The optimized support improved the deformation of the intercooling tube support in the original scheme and effectively solves the market breakdown.

摘要: 论文对发动机中冷管系统进行分析,利用 Hypermesh 软件对模型进行前期处理,对该 中冷管系统进行变形量及强度分析,仿真分析过程使用结构仿真软件 Abaqus。首先对故障件 进行结构仿真分析,根据计算结果对薄弱点进行改进优化。通过更改结构和加厚板材的方式, 提高中冷管系统的刚度,同时降低中冷管支架的变形量。优化后的支架较好地改善了原方案 中冷管支架变形较大的情况,有效地解决了市场故障。
