Test Method and Bench Realization of Parking Static Characteristics of Air Disc Brake Caliper Assembly for Commercial Vehicle EPB System

面向商用车 EPB 的气压制动钳总成驻车静特性 试验方法与台架实现

Abstract: In order to revise the national standard GB/T 31970—2015, firstly, the importance of air disc brake (ADB) caliper in the air brake system of commercial vehicles is clarified by analyzing the technology and development trend of electronic parking brake (EPB) of commercial vehicles. Secondly, a test method of static characteristics of air disc brake caliper in parking is proposed, and the compilation principle, definition of relevant terms and specific test steps of this method are introduced in detail. Finally, a test bench of parking static characteristics is designed and developed, and the hardware selection and software implementation method of the test bench are described in detail. Through test verification, the test method of the proposed parking static characteristics is reasonable. The test bench data are accurate and consistent, and the relevant feature points have a strong guiding significance for the vehicle design and brake product design, which can be an important supplement to GB/T 31970—2015.

摘要: 为修订国家标准 GB/T 31970—2015,首先通过分析商用车电子驻车制动(EPB)技术 及发展趋势,阐明了气压制动钳(ADB)在商用车气压制动系统中的重要性;然后提出了一 种气压制动钳驻车静特性的试验方法,详细介绍了该方法的编制原则、相关术语定义和具体 试验步骤;最后开发设计了一种驻车静特性试验台架,并详尽阐述了该试验台架的硬件选型 和软件实现方法。经试验验证,所提驻车静特性试验方法合理,测试台架数据准确、一致性 好,相关特征点对整车设计、制动器产品设计具有较强的指导意义,可作为 GB/T 31970—2015 的重要补充。
