Abstract: Based on a vehicle model front seat slide rail assembly loose while crashworthiness due to the clamping claw distortion, by analyzing the seat structure, seat dynamic test comparison and the clamping claw computer aided engineering result, the clamping claw failure mode can be determined. In order to maintain the existing structure as much as possible, by optimizing the material and thickness of the clamping claw, the best optimizing solution can be obtained by using computer aided engineering result. The final tests suggest this solution can solve this problem.

摘要: 某车型整车正面碰撞试验时,前排座椅滑轨总成卡爪扭曲变形,继而发生松脱跑离问 题,通过座椅结构分析、座椅整椅动态试验比对以及座椅滑轨总成卡爪计算机辅助工程分析 找到了失效的主要原因。在尽量保持现有结构基础上,通过改变座椅滑轨总成卡爪材料及厚 度,应用计算机辅助工程分析确认最优方案,试验验证改善方案有效。
