Abstract: The article draws the 5th percentile and 95th percentile male human body accurate models based on the average height, weight, arm length and other posture characteristics of Chinese men and vehicle performance indicators. And through the actual working conditions of road spectrum acquisition, the load, operating conditions, operating habits of drivers, etc., combined the guidance of laws and regulations, market demand, technology development trend, a vehicle performance index database and the subjective evaluation criteria suitable for human body and working conditions in China are established, which have more practical significance for product design.

摘要: 文章结合国人男性平均身高、体重、臂长等姿态特征与整车性能指标,绘制第 5 百分 位、第 95 百分位男性人体精准模型。并通过实际工况路谱采集,摸底载重、运营工况、驾驶 员操作习惯等,结合法规导向、市场需求、技术发展趋势,建立适用于我国人体和工况的整 车性能指标库、主观评价标准,对产品设计更有实际意义。
