应用型大学车辆工程岗位实习模式探索与实践

Abstract: There are some problems in the post practice of vehicle engineering specialty, such as the dispersion of practice enterprises, the diversity of practice posts and the difficulty of effective management. Based on the analysis of the current situation of post practice, this paper studied the mode of post practice from four aspects: ideological and political education, university-enterprise collaborative education, teaching content and teaching methods. Practice shows that through the training of practical posts in off-campus companies, students' engineering thinking is cultivated and their ability to solve practical engineering problems is improved.

摘要: 车辆工程专业的岗位实习存在着实习企业分散、实习岗位多样以及实习难以有效管理 的问题。论文在对岗位实习现状进行分析的基础上,分别从思政教育、校企协同育人、教学 内容以及教学方法四个方面对岗位实习的模式进行了改革探索和实践。结果表明,通过校外 企业实际岗位的锻炼,学生的工程意识和创新思维逐步提升,学生的综合素质得到了锻炼。
