Abstract: Carrying out practical training courses is an important part of the talent training program of higher vocational colleges, especially automobile specialty. Practical training is an important technical means for students. However, there are problems and deficiencies in the current training mode of automobile specialty, especially in the environment of more professional and all-round training of technical talents, vocational education can not meet the needs, so it is necessary to adopt an innovative training mode. Therefore, after in-depth analysis of the problems and deficiencies of the existing training mode, an autonomous, open and interoperable training mode is explored. This mode has autonomy, openness and interoperability, and can better serve the training courses of contemporary students. Therefore, a new mode is explored for the training development of automobile specialty and other engineering specialties.

摘要: 开展实训课程是高职院校人才培养方案的重要内容,尤其是汽车类专业,实训锻炼是 学生的重要强技手段。但目前汽车类专业的实训模式存在着问题与不足,尤其是职业教育往 更专业、更全能技术人才培养的环境下,已经无法满足需要,需采用创新性的实训模式。基 于此,论文在分析现有实训模式的不足与问题之后,探索出一种自主开放互通式实训模式, 此模式具有自主化、开放性和互通性,能更好地服务于当代学生的实训课程,由此为汽车类 专业乃至其他工科类专业实训发展探索出了一种新模式。
