Abstract: In order to meet the challenge of the new industrial revolution, the reform of engineering education in colleges and universities is in full swing. With the reform of the blending teaching mode of the course, the traditional examination and evaluation system can not adapt to the examination and evaluation system under the concept of outcome based education. This paper analyzed the drawbacks of the current examination and evaluation system for the concept of outcome based education. It also put forward its own idea about the design of blending teaching process for the modern enterprise management course. On the basis of this, the new examination and evaluation standard was formulated. The practical exploration and reform were carried out in the aspects of evaluating teaching by learning, evaluating subject, evaluating content and evaluating examination and evaluation. Through the trial run of classes, the effect was very good. It can be used for a reference for other colleagues in the course reform of examination and evaluation system.

摘要: 为迎接新工业革命的挑战,高校工程教育的改革如火如荼,随着课程混合教学模式的 改革,传统的考核评价系统已不适应成果导向教育理念下的考核评价体系。论文针对成果导 向教育理念,剖析了目前考核评价的弊端,对所授现代企业管理课程提出了混合式教学过程 设计的思路,并在此基础上制订新的考核评价标准,在以学评教、评价主体、评价内容、评 价考核几方面进行了实践性的探索改革。通过近几届班级的试运行,效果很好,能为其他同 仁的评价考核体系课程改革提供借鉴。
