Abstract: With the rapid development of China's automobile manufacturing industry and the rapid rise of the automobile manufacturing market, enterprise in the automobile industry is in urgent need of applied management talent for automobile enterprises. This paper reforms the teaching mode of modern enterprise management course for automobile majors by studying the outcome based education mode. Firstly, it analyzes the modern enterprise management courses of automobile majors and the learning situation of students majoring in automobiles, and discusses the flexible use of outcome based education mode to stimulate students' interest in learning and consolidate students' learning achievements, so as to realize the organic integration of modern enterprise management course and outcome based education concept. Through the analysis and research of outcome based education mode, reform the traditional teaching mode, take students as the center, and take students'learning results as the guide, and explore how to cultivate management- oriented and applicationoriented talents in automobile enterprises. The teaching mode proposed in this paper has certain reference value for the cultivation of diversified and applied talents.

摘要: 随着中国汽车制造工业的快速发展,汽车制造市场迅速崛起,汽车行业企业急需应用 型管理人才。文章通过研究成果导向教育模式,对汽车专业现代企业管理课程教学模式进行 改革。通过对汽车专业现代企业管理课程及汽车专业的学生学习情况进行分析,对灵活运用 成果导向教育模式,激发学生学习兴趣,巩固学生学习成果进行探讨,实现现代企业管理课 程与成果导向教育理念的有机融合。通过对成果导向教育模式分析研究,改革传统的教学模 式,以学生为中心,以学生的学习成果为导向,探究如何培养出汽车企业管理型、应用型人 才。文章提出的教学模式对多样化、应用型人才培养具有一定的参考价值。
