Abstract: According to the principle of equal kinetic energy for the vehicle on the road and on the chassis dynamometer, the inertia of the flywheel was obtained. Based on the principle of same dynamic characteristics of the driving wheel, the dynamic torque of the motor was derived. In order to accurately control the output torque of the motor and simulate vehicle inertia better, on the basis of establishing the mathematical model of the asynchronous motor in the static coordinate system, using the Simulink toolbox of MATLAB, the simulation model of the direct torque control system of electric analog motor was built and simulated. The simulation results prove the feasibility and accuracy of the control system, and provide a reference for the application of the asynchronous motor in the inertia simulation system of the chassis dynamometer.

摘要: 根据汽车在道路行驶和底盘测功机试验时的动能相等原则,求出底盘测功机惯量机械 模拟时飞轮的转动惯量,基于汽车驱动轮动态特性相同的原理推导出惯量电模拟时加载电机 的动态补偿转矩。为了准确控制电机的输出扭矩,更好地模拟汽车惯量,在建立异步电机在 静止坐标系下的数学模型的基础上,利用 MATLAB 中的 Simulink 工具箱搭建了电模拟电机 直接转矩控制系统的仿真模型,并进行仿真分析。仿真结果证明了该控制系统的可行性和准 确性,为异步电机在底盘测功机惯量模拟系统中的应用提供了参考。
