Abstract: At the early stage of chassis development, a specific suspension type needs to be identified and performance targets set. On the one hand, the developer needs to have a deep understanding of the characteristics and applicability of various suspension types, and on the other hand, the performance targets need to refer to a large number of similar vehicle data, which is a certain engineering difficulty. To solve this problem, a chassis performance database is designed and developed. The database is queried through complex search conditions to find the target model, and the target parameters are queried according to the test conditions and test conditions, and statistical analysis is used to obtain the characteristics of the parameter distribution of the reference model and statistical characteristics such as mean and variance, and the mean±n*variance is used to establish the target range of parameter indicators. The results show that the range of indicators is in line with the vehicle dynamics design theory. After the specific design scheme is further verified by the performance of understeer and lateral gradient, the subsequent detailed design development can be carried out, which has good engineering application value.

摘要: 底盘开发初期需要确定采用具体的悬架类型,并进行性能目标设定,一方面需要开发 者对各种悬架类型的特点及适用范围有深刻认识,另一方面性能目标设定需要参考大量的相 似车型数据,具有一定的工程难度。为解决此问题设计开发了底盘性能数据库,该数据库通 过复杂的搜索条件查询到目标车型,根据试验工况及试验条件查询到目标参数,利用统计分 析获得参考车型参数分布特点及均值、方差等统计特性,利用均值±n*方差建立参数指标目 标范围,结果表明,各指标范围较好地体现悬架类型特点,符合车辆动力学设计理论。具体 设计方案通过进一步整车不足转向度、侧倾梯度等性能校核后,可开展后续的详细设计开发 工作,具有很好的工程应用价值。
