Abstract: To address the problem of torque pulsation when the stator slotted motor is running, which makes the powertrain noise, vibration and harshness performance worse, this paper establishes a motor model with Maxwell, analyzes the magnetic field distribution of the isolated magnetic bridge using the finite element method, and analyzes the relationship between motor counter-electromotive force, cogging torque and rotational speed under different operating conditions. The results show that the isolated magnetic bridge can improve the magnetic field distribution and reduce the magnetic leakage. The electric potential is proportional to the motor speed, and the cogging torque does not change much with the increase of rotational speed, so the cogging torque of the 12-pole 72-slot motor is optimized at low speed using the segmented diagonal pole method at low rotational speed.

摘要: 针对定子开槽电机运转时会产生转矩脉动,使得动力总成噪声、振动与声振粗糙度性 能变差的问题,论文借助 Maxwell 建立电机模型,使用有限元方法分析隔磁磁桥的磁场分布, 分析不同工况下电机反电动势、齿槽转矩与转速关系。结果表明,隔磁磁桥可以改善磁场分 布减小磁漏,电动势与电机转速成正比,随转速增大齿槽转矩变化不大,故在低转速下使用 分段斜极法优化 12 极 72 槽电机齿槽转矩。
