Powertrain Suspension Stiffness Test Equipment and Method

动力总成悬置刚度测试设备及方法

Abstract: In order to solve the problem that the engine mount stiffness test needs to control the ambient temperature in the current field of test equipment technology, a test equipment for testing the stiffness of powertrain mount parts at a specific temperature is proposed. There is a double-layer glass thermal insulation chamber that is precisely matched with the platform above the test bench. The cold and hot air duct and air outlet are set in the thermal insulation chamber. The exciter and the exciter bench are set below the platform. The longitudinal operation table is placed across the test bench. The finite element analysis is carried out from the perspective of the sealing property of the thermal insulation chamber and the stiffness of the test bench. The analysis results show that the designed suspension stiffness test bench meets the actual test requirements.

摘要: 为解决当前测试设备技术领域中,发动机悬置刚度测试对环境温度的控制问题,提出 一种在特定温度下,测试动力总成悬置零件刚度的试验设备。试验台上方架有与台体精密配 合的双层玻璃保温仓,保温仓内设有冷热风风道及出风口,台体下方设有激振器与激振器台 架,横跨试验台上放置有纵向操作台,并以有限元法从保温仓密封性及试验台架刚度出发进 行有限元分析,分析结果表明,所设计悬置刚度测试台符合实际测试要求。
