Abstract: Automotive floor access covers are widely used in the whole vehicles, but the access covers currently used in the market generally have problems such as inconvenient disassembly and installation, and poor sealing effect, which largely affect the maintenance efficiency and passenger environment. By designing the structure of the access cover, studying the material process, improving the sealing of the corners through rounded corners, straight edges and other forms of buttressing, and choosing a suitable opening position to ensure that high-density noise reduction insulation foam can be installed to improve the maintenance efficiency in the event of vehicle failure, this paper hopes to provide the effective help for technicians engaged in the design and research of new energy bus.

摘要: 汽车地板检修盖在整车中应用很广,但目前市场上使用的检修盖普遍存在拆装不方便、 密封效果较差等问题,很大程度上影响维修效率和乘车环境。论文通过对检修盖的结构进行 设计,研究材料工艺,通过圆角、直边等对接形式,提高拐角的密封性,并选择合适的开口 位置,确保能安装高密度降噪隔热棉,提高在车辆出现故障时的检修效率,希望能为从事新 能源客车设计和研究的技术人员提供有效帮助。
