Abstract: The development of automotive industry brings the vehicle consumers with higher requests for good power performance and fuel economy, as well as excellent handling stability and safety. Steering returnability is an important evaluation index of the vehicle steering stability. In this paper, we use the ADAMS software to build up vehicle multi-body dynamics model, and carry out the dynamic simulation analysis of the vehicle steering returnability performance according to the test method for vehicle handling stability. Based on the analysis results, we carry out the optimization design to improve the vehicle steering return-positive performance and shorten the project development cycle effectively.

摘要: 随着汽车工业的发展,商用车消费者对车辆的各项性能也有了更高的要求,不仅要求 车辆具备良好的动力性和经济性,还要求车辆具有优异的操纵稳定性与安全性,其中转向回 正是整车操纵稳定性的一个重要性能指标。文章采用 ADAMS 分析软件,建立整车多体动力 学模型,依据汽车操纵稳定性试验方法,对整车转向回正性能进行动力学仿真分析,并运用 分析结果对相关系统进行优化设计,提升整车的转向回正性能的同时,也有效缩短整车的开 发验证周期。
