标准政策下智能网联汽车信息安全发展思考

Abstract: Intelligent connected vehicles are the inevitable product of the rapid development of the "new four modernizations" of vehicles. They integrate a variety of modern technologies such as internet, big data, artificial intelligence, and have multiple complex application scenarios. They subvert the traditional concept of vehicle production and manufacturing, and pose new challenges to various fields such as national supervision, enterprise production, research and development innovation, testing and certification. Combined with the current situation of industry of intelligent connected vehicles and technology development, this paper summarizes the regulatory requirements of domestic standards and policies on cyber security of intelligent connected vehicles, and puts forward countermeasures from the aspects of standard system, industry application, technological innovation, regulatory requirements, etc., so as to promote the scientific development of cyber security of intelligent connected vehicles.

摘要: 智能网联汽车是汽车“新四化”高速发展态势下的必然产物,其集互联网、大数据、 人工智能等多种现代技术于一身,并具有多重复杂的应用场景,颠覆了传统汽车生产制造理 念,对国家监管、企业生产、研发创新、检测认证等各个领域提出了全新挑战。文章结合智 能网联汽车行业和技术发展现状,概述了国内标准政策对智能汽车信息安全监管要求,并从 标准体系、行业应用、技术创新、监管要求等提出应对建议,促进智能网联汽车信息安全科 学发展。
