Abstract: At present, the national policy encourages the development of hydrogen fuel cell automobiles, but there is little research on the matching design of power system of hydrogen fuel cell dump automobiles. Deeply study the performance and cost of relevant system components of hydrogen fuel cell dump automobiles, consider the usage scenarios of automobiles, and use Cruise software to establish the automobile calculation model for simulation analysis. This paper introduces the overall design scheme of hydrogen fuel cell dump automobiles. The matching design of power system includes the composition structure of control system, the selection of motor and speed ratio, the selection of power cell and the selection of hydrogen fuel cell system. The power system is arranged, and a power system of hydrogen fuel cell dump automobiles is developed, which provides a reference for the design of hydrogen fuel cell dump automobiles.

摘要: 目前国家政策鼓励发展氢燃料电池汽车,但是关于氢燃料电池自卸汽车动力系统匹配 设计的研究较少。深入研究氢燃料电池自卸汽车相关系统部件的性能和成本,考虑车辆使用 场景,运用 Cruise 软件建立整车计算模型进行仿真分析。文章介绍了氢燃料电池自卸汽车总 体设计方案,动力系统匹配设计包括控制系统组成架构、电机及速比选型、动力电池选型、 氢燃料电池系统选型,并对动力系统进行布置,研发了一种氢燃料电池自卸汽车动力系统, 为氢燃料电池自卸汽车设计提供参考。
