Abstract: Through the implementation of 1+X professional skill level certificate system, the professional ability of graduates majoring in automobile application and maintenance technology has been greatly improved. After the implementation of the pilot work, the training of students' professional ability is closer to the needs of employers, and the description of common professional competence generally accepted by automotive technology employing enterprises is obtained by means of survey interviews and questionnaires. A study of the characteristics of students' common professional competence with sustainable development in the industry realm, we come to the conclusion that it is very important to cultivate the common professional competence with better professional adaptability and outstanding performance in the life-long professional life, which provides experience for future skills assessment-oriented evaluation mechanism of vocational education and optimize skills assessment project.

摘要: 通过实施 1+X 职业技能等级证书制度,我校开设的汽车运用与维修技术专业毕业生职 业能力有了较大的提升。实施试点工作后学生职业能力培养更加贴近用人单位需求,采取调 查访谈、问卷调查的方式得到汽车技术类用人企业普遍认可的共性职业能力的描述。对学生 具备在行业领域内可持续发展的共性职业能力特点进行研究,得出培养具备更好的职业适应 性和在终身职业寿命中表现突出所具备的共性职业能力非常重要的结论。为今后以技能考核 为导向的职业教育评价机制,优化技能考核项目提供经验借鉴。
