Abstract: Aiming at the disadvantages of the course of automobile structure disassembly and assembly training in the traditional teaching process, a virtual simulation teaching system with authenticity is designed and developed. Through this system, students can simulate the main disassembly and assembly items of automobile disassembly and assembly training. The operation is simple. Students can complete the operation of the training course through the mouse and keyboard. Without the limitation of equipment, site and other conditions, students can truly master the main structure of the automobile and the installation position of each structure, so as to realize from theoretical cognition to real simulation teaching.

摘要: 针对汽车结构拆装实训课程在传统教学过程中的弊端,设计开发了一款具有真实性的 虚拟仿真教学系统。学生通过该系统可以模拟汽车拆装实训的主要拆装项目,通过鼠标、键 盘即可完成实训课程的操作,不受设备和场地等条件的限制,学生可以真实掌握汽车的主要 结构及各个结构的安装位置,实现将理论认识应用到实际操作中的目的。
