车门漏水问题的分析及控制

Abstract: The door sealing system is the key to the sealing of the whole vehicle. Once the door leaks, it will have a very serious impact on customers and car manufacturers. This article introduces the water leakage fault of a heavy-duty vehicle door system, explains in detail the various causes of door water leakage and rectification measures, and analyzes the process of door water leakage, the route of door water entry, and the failure cause of door sealing system. It is determined that the door sealing system is not only related to the structure of the weather strip, but also to the coordination of the side panel sheet metal parts. The control of the gap between the door and the side panel sheet metal directly affects the compression area of the sealing strip and the change of the compression load. The case study provides a powerful reference for the later design of the door sealing system.

摘要: 车门密封系统是整车密封的关键,一旦出现车门漏水问题,会给客户和汽车厂家带来 极其严重的影响。文章介绍某重型车车门系统漏水故障,详细说明车门漏水的各种原因及整 改措施。分析车门漏水过程,车门进水的路线,车门密封系统失效原因。确定车门密封系统 不仅与密封条结构有关,还与侧围钣金件的配合有关。车门与侧围钣金间隙控制,直接影响 到密封条的压缩面积和压缩负荷的变化。通过案例分析为后期设计车门密封系统提供有力参 考。
