Abstract: The overrunning clutch is a fundamental part of the power transmission system. Its deformation under the actual working conditions will have a great influence on the deformation and return difference of the entire mechanical transmission system,so it is particularly important to carry out simulation analysis on it. In this paper, the finite element software ABAQUS is used to simulate the clockwise and counterclockwise working conditions of the overrunning clutch when the fork is the driving member, and stress cloud diagram of the overrunning clutch is obtained. The results show that the strength of the parts meets the requirements. The simulation calculation based on ABAQUS can provide the basis for the structural optimization design of the overrunning clutch.

摘要: 超越离合器作为动力传动系统的基本组成部分,在实际工作中的变形会对整个机械传 动系统的变形与传动回差有较大影响,因此,对其进行仿真分析显得尤为重要。文章利用有 限元软件 ABAQUS,模拟超越离合器在拨叉为主动件时的顺、逆时针两种工况,得到超越离 合器的应力云图。结果表明,零件强度满足要求,基于 ABAQUS 的模拟计算可为超越离合器 的结构优化设计提供依据。
