智能网联汽车底盘线控系统与控制技术

Abstract: With the gradual improvement of electrification technology of intelligent connected vehicle, the degree of chassis electronic control of intelligent connected vehicle has gradually increased. The chassis drive-by-wire technology belongs to the key technology of intelligent connected vehicle, which directly affects the safety and operational stability of vehicle, and is crucial for the development of intelligent connected vehicle. The reliability and safety of chassis driveby-wire technology of intelligent connected vehicle are the key direction for research and development of intelligent connected vehicle at this stage. Combined with the actual research, this paper discusses the composition and working principle of the four chassis drive-by-wire subsystems of intelligent connected vehicle (drive-by-wire steering, drive-by-wire drive, drive-by-wire brake and drive-by-wire suspension) and analyzes the control technology commonly used for chassis drive-by-wire of intelligent connected vehicle through full vector separate wheel control and integrated control architecture of drive-by-wire chassis of intelligent connected vehicle. This paper combines the fault tolerance control method of chassis drive-by-wire of intelligent connected vehicle, analyzes the current problems of chassis drive-by-wire technology of intelligent connected vehicle, and provides a reference for the control mode of chassis drive-by-wire of intelligent connected vehicle.

摘要: 随着智能网联汽车电气化技术逐渐提高,其底盘电控化程度也在逐步提高。底盘线控 技术属于智能网联汽车的关键技术,直接影响车辆的安全性、操作稳定性等,对智能网联汽 车的发展至关重要。智能网联汽车底盘线控技术的可靠性与安全性是现阶段智能网联汽车研 发的重点方向。文章结合实际研究,探讨智能网联汽车底盘线控技术四个子系统(线控转向 系统、线控驱动系统、线控制动系统、线控悬架系统)的组成结构及工作原理,通过全矢量 单独车轮控制和智能网联汽车线控底盘集成控制架构分析智能网联汽车底盘线控目前常用的 控制技术。文章结合智能网联汽车底盘线控容错控制方法,分析智能网联汽车底盘线控技术 目前存在的问题,为智能网联汽车底盘线控控制方式提供优化参考。
