Abstract: The actual vehicle road test with the user scenario as the core is an important part of the availability evaluation of the in-vehicle infotainment system, and the evaluation of this part is more subjective and therefore more difficult than the traditional in-vehicle infotainment system functional performance test. The core of the usability evaluation contains two parts: the evaluation scene and the evaluation dimension. The sufficient valuation scene can restore the actual usage completely and make the evaluation more directly and comprehensively. Evaluation dimension is the key point of assignment, which mentoring the evaluator in the progress of evaluation, so as to guide evaluators to perceive the advantages and disadvantages of the system. By combining the evaluation scenarios and evaluation dimensions, and applied it to the evaluation work of the actual vehicle in-vehicle infotainment system. It can effectively improve the perception and evaluation ability of evaluators, so as to make up for the defects of the expert evaluation method with high requirements for evaluation experience, and effectively improve the efficiency of testing and evaluation. Optimize the human-computer interaction design of the in-vehicle infotainment system from the perspective of vehicle verification. It will play a positive role in promoting the competitiveness of products in the in-vehicle infotainment system.

摘要: 以用户场景为核心的实车道路试验是车载信息娱乐系统可用性评价的重要组成部分, 该部分评价相对于传统的车载信息娱乐系统功能性能测试,更加主观,因此,难度也更高。 可用性评价包括评价场景和评价维度两部分。搭建评价场景可以高度还原用户的使用实况, 更直接更全面地让评价者感知各项功能的可用性;评价维度则是指导评价者在可用性评价过 程中应当重点考核的角度,引导评价者感知系统可用性的优与劣。通过评价场景和评价维度 的结合,并应用于实车车载信息娱乐系统的评价工作中,可以有效提升评价者的感知及评价 能力,弥补专家评价法中对于评价经验的要求过高的短板,有效提升测试及评价的效率,从 整车验证角度反哺车载信息娱乐系统的人机交互设计,对车载信息娱乐系统的商品竞争力提 升起到积极推动作用。
