Abstract: According to commercial vehicle development trend, lightweighting had become the focus of the development of whitebody. The application of lightweight materials is an important way to reduce the weigh of whitebody. This paper introduces the development trend of automotive lightweight materials such as high-strength steel, aluminum alloy, FRP and carbon fiber. Then we discuss the application status and existing problems of lightweight materials, which provides a reference for the application of lightweight materials in commercial vehicle whitebody.

摘要： 根据商用车发展趋势，轻量化成为白车身开发的工作重点，而轻量化材料的应用是白 车身轻量化工作的重要途径。文章介绍了高强钢、铝合金、玻璃钢及碳纤维等汽车轻量化材 料技术发展动向，论述了轻量化材料的应用现状及存在的问题，为轻量化材料在商用车白车 身的应用提供借鉴。
