Abstract: This paper mainly focuses on creep groan noise produced by vehicle cold start of disc brake, studied the generation mechanism of groan noise, analyzed the factors affecting passenger car groan noise by fishbone diagram and the solutions to the noise, and reduced passenger car creep groan noise through the pad process optimization, material selection and power system optimization. It provides some guiding significance for the follow-up optimization of passenger cars creep groan noise.

摘要： 文章主要以乘用车盘式制动器冷启动产生的 creep groan 噪音为研究对象，研究 groan 产生机理，用鱼骨图分析影响乘用车 groan 噪音因素以及噪音的解决方案，通过采取摩擦片 工艺优化、摩擦片材料选择以及动力系统（轮端输出扭矩）优化的方法，减轻乘用车 creep groan，为后续乘用车 creep groan 优化提供一定的指导。
