Abstract: This paper is aiming at the hill start assist control research for automated mechanical transmission light vehicle with the hill start assist system. According to the working characteristics of the hill start assist system, the dynamics of the vehicle launch process on a slope is analyzed. The control strategy of the hill start assist for automated mechanical transmission vehicles is carried out and the control software is designed. Finally the vehicle is tested on different slopes. The test results show that the research method can meet the requirements of automated mechanical transmission vehicle launches on different slopes, and the vehicle launches smoothly on the slopes without slipping. The hill start assist system has strong practicability.

摘要: 针对机械式自动变速器坡道起步自动控制问题,以装备了坡道起步辅助系统的机械式 自动变速器轻卡车型为研究对象,根据坡道起步辅助系统工作特性,对车辆坡道起步过程进 行动力学分析,提出机械式自动变速器坡道辅助控制策略,设计相应控制软件,在不同坡道 上实车测试验证。试验结果表明,该研究方法能够很好满足机械式自动变速器车辆在不同坡 道上起步的要求,车辆坡道起步平顺不溜坡,具有很强的实用性。
