Abstract: The elastic ring is commonly used to limit the axial direction of the part in the transmission. Because of the accumulation of manufacturing errors of axial parts, there is the axial clearance after assembly. When there is a changing axial force on the part, the axial clearance can cause move and shock of the part, which can cause early failure and damage of the part and the elastic ring, and ultimately lead to the failure of the transmission. But this paper proposed that the application of conical elastic ring can effectively solve the above problems. Firstly, the structure, principle and advantages of conical elastic ring are described. Secondly, the force analysis of the conical elastic ring is carried out. The design ideas and methods of the conical elastic ring and its groove are analyzed, and the case applications are listed. Finally, the design method and application advantages of conical elastic ring are summarized to provide a better solution for the limit of axial direction of the part in the transmission.

摘要: 变速器中常用弹性挡圈对零件轴向限位,由于轴向零件制造误差累积,装配后存在轴 向间隙。当零件存在变化的轴向力时,轴向间隙会引起零件窜动和冲击,从而造成零件和弹 性挡圈早期失效和损坏,最终导致变速器故障。文章提出应用锥形弹性挡圈可有效解决上述 问题,首先阐述锥形弹性挡圈结构、原理、优点,然后对锥形弹性挡圈进行受力分析,分析 锥形弹性挡圈及其凹槽的设计思路和方法,列举案例应用。最后总结锥形弹性挡圈设计方法 和应用优势,为变速器零件轴向限位提供一种更好的解决方案。
