Abstract: Graphene is a two-dimensional carbon atom crystal with honeycomb structure. It has excellent properties and unique structure. It has been widely used in many fields, such as optics, nanocomposites, biosensors and so on. Based on the experimental devices of microwave-assisted ball milling and ultrasonic assisted ball milling, the dispersion stability of graphene is experimentally analyzed. Graphene is dispersed into the base oil by different dispersion methods such as dispersant dispersion and surface modification, so as to obtain graphene lubricating oil. Then the dispersion stability of graphene was detected by UV-Vis photometer and Zeta potential. After a series of studies, it can be seen from the research results that the composite treatment of surface modification and dispersant dispersion can maximize the stability of graphene in base oil.

摘要: 石墨烯是一种二维碳原子晶体,呈蜂窝状结构,具有优良的性能及独特的结构,已在 光学、纳米复合材料、生物传感器等众多领域得到了广泛应用。文章在微波辅助球磨、超声 辅助球磨试验装置基础上,对石墨烯的分散稳定性进行了试验分析,通过分散剂分散、表面 改性等不同的分散方法,将石墨烯分散到基础油中,从而得出石墨烯润滑油,然后通过紫外 可见光光度计和 Zeta 电位检测石墨烯的分散稳定性。研究结果表明,经过表面改性和分散剂 分散复合处理的方式能够最大化地提升石墨烯在基础油中的稳定性。
