Abstract: Aiming at the problem of the large closing force of a heavy truck door, the key factors affecting the closing force of the door are studied and analyzed by testing the closing force of the actual vehicle doors under different closing conditions. The optimization solution is put forward and verified by actual vehicle, and the problem of large closing force is effectively improved.

摘要： 针对某重型卡车车门关闭力大的问题，通过采用不同关门条件对实车车门开展关闭力 测试试验，研究分析出影响车门关闭力的关键因素。通过提出优化解决方案，并经过实车验 证，有效改善了车身关闭力大的问题。
