Abstract: In order to avoid the theft of automobile fuel, an automobile fuel anti-theft alarm device is designed in this paper. This paper introduces the overall design, circuit design, functional design and functional test of the device in detail. The fuel anti-theft alarm has small volume and simple layout, and can be installed on the switch panel of the dashboard in the cab. The controller circuit can be divided into power supply circuit, signal input and output circuit, control circuit and alarm circuit according to its function. The alarm works when the tram stops under the key. When the fuel volume signal of the fuel tank is lost and the fuel volume of the fuel tank drops abnormally, the built-in buzzer and car horn can be driven respectively for audible alarm. After the anti-theft alarm is matched on the whole vehicle, the static current and alarm function test shall be carried out to ensure that the alarm will not adversely affect the circuit of the whole vehicle and that the alarm works normally. The device can automatically set up defense when the commercial vehicle stops for long-distance transportation, and send out an alarm when someone steals fuel. On the one hand, it reminds the driver to pay attention, on the other hand, it scares away the thief, so as to reduce the loss caused by vehicle fuel theft and reduce the driving burden of vehicle owners.

摘要： 为避免汽车燃油被盗，设计了一种汽车燃油防盗报警装置。详细介绍了该装置的整体 设计、电路设计、功能设计及功能测试。燃油防盗报警器体积小巧，布置简单，可安装在驾 驶室仪表台开关面板位置。控制器电路根据功能可划分为供电电源电路、信号输入输出电路、 控制电路和报警电路。报警器在钥匙下电车辆停止时工作，在油箱油量信号丢失和油箱油量 异常下降时可分别驱动内置蜂鸣器和汽车喇叭进行声音报警。防盗报警器在整车上匹配完成 后，要开展静态电流和报警功能测试，确保报警器不会对整车电路产生不利影响以及报警器 工作正常。该装置能够在商用车长途运输停车时自动设防，在有人盗取燃油时发出报警，一 方面提醒驾驶员注意，另一方面吓走盗窃者，从而减少车辆燃油被盗带来的损失，减轻车主 行车负担。
