Abstract: In order to effectively manage vehicle overload, this paper proposes a vehicle dynamic weighing system based on piezoelectric sensor, which is suitable for off-site law enforcement. A new sensor layout is proposed, and the hardware system is designed as a whole. The improved signal processing method of load cell is proposed, and the system software is designed. The system precision is controlled within 5%, and the system precision and cost are considered. In order to verify the accuracy of the test results of the design system, the road field test is carried out to obtain the vehicle axle load data. The test results show that the developed overload detection system can meet the accuracy requirements of dynamic weighing, which has high practical application value.

摘要: 为有效管理车辆超载,文章基于压电式传感器提出一种适应治超非现场执法的车辆动 态称重系统。提出一种新的传感器布置方式,并对硬件系统做了整体设计,提出改进的称重 传感器信号处理方法,设计系统软件,将系统精度控制在 5%以内,兼顾系统精度和成本。为 验证设计系统测试结果的准确性,进行道路现场试验获取车辆轴重数据。试验结果表明,开 发的超载检测系统能够满足动态称重的精度要求,具有较高的实际应用价值。
