Abstract: Combined with the actual production case of a general assembly workshop, discusses the effect of standardized operation in reducing cost and increasing efficiency in the actual production process, and effectively improves the demand of lean production. Its core lies in the preparation of standardized process operation documents, which is mainly to let the front-line employees on the production line deeply understand the steps and connotation of standardized operation, start from themselves, develop good professional quality and standardize their own behavior. Through the implementation of standardized operation, the production efficiency of production line has been significantly improved, the occurrence of safety accidents in the production process has been gradually reduced, and the ability of relevant production and manufacturing departments to deal with problems has been strengthened. The implementation of standardized operation can play an important role in the consistency and safety of vehicle assembly. In the later stage, it can also have a positive impact on enhancing the market competitiveness of the enterprise, improve the mechanical manufacturing and design ability of the whole enterprise, and lay a solid foundation for the steady development of the enterprise.

摘要： 结合某总装车间实际生产案例，论述了标准化作业在实际生产过程中起到降本增效的 功效，并且有效提升了企业精益化生产的需求。其核心在于编制标准化工艺作业文件，主要 是让生产线上的一线员工深入了解标准化作业的步骤及内涵，从自身做起，养成良好的职业 素养，规范自身的行为。通过实施标准化作业，生产线生产效率得到显著提高，生产过程中安 全事故的发生逐渐减少，各相关生产制造部门协同处理问题的能力得到加强。实施标准化作 业能够为整车装配的一致性、安全性起到重要作用，后期对增强企业在市场竞争力方面也有 积极影响，也能提高整个企业的机械制造和设计能力，为企业的稳步发展，奠定坚实的基础。
