Abstract: The transformation and reform of traditional automobile maintenance industry based on "Internet+" technology is conductive to the optimization and upgrading of automobile maintenance industry. This paper analyzes the "Internet+" automobile maintenance network operating mode, constructs based on the "Internet+" automobile maintenance enterprise service system of the specific content, elaborats based on the "Internet+" automobile maintenance enterprise combination of online and offline service system of the main advantages. To promote the competitiveness of the network service, combination of online and offline service outlets, this paper puts forward the service idea and specific process of automobile maintenance enterprise service network optimization from three aspects of consumer module, store online system and network technician module.

摘要： 基于“互联网+”技术对传统汽车养护行业进行转型改造，有助于汽车养护行业的优化 升级。文章分析了“互联网+”的汽车养护网点运营模式，构建了基于“互联网+”的汽车养 护企业服务体系的具体经营内容，阐述了基于“互联网+”汽车养护企业的线上、线下相结合 服务体系的主要优势，为提升网点服务竞争力，结合线上、线下服务网点，分别从消费者模 块、门店线上系统和网点技师模块等三个方面提出了汽车养护企业服务网点优化服务思路和 具体流程。
