Abstract: Under the background of "building a high-level double division team" in the double high plan of Xianyang vocational technical college, the automobile inspection and maintenance technology specialty group of Xianyang vocational technical college follows the idea of "building an excellent platform, building a strong team and building a good model", relying on the sino foreign cooperative school running project with F+U saxony vocational training college in germany and the school enterprise cooperation project with hengfeng group, innovates and practices the sino german joint education the "three in one" teacher training mode of school enterprise integration and competition teaching coupling has effectively improved the teaching ability and teaching quality of professional group teachers.

摘要： 在学院双高计划“打造高水平双师队伍”的背景下，咸阳职业技术学院汽车检测与维 修技术专业群遵循“建优平台、建强队伍、建好模式”的思路，依托与德国 F+U 萨克森职业 培训学院的中外合作办学项目、恒丰集团的校企合作项目等，创新实践中德联合、校企融合、 赛教耦合“三合”教师培养模式，有效提升了专业群教师教学能力，提高了教学质量。
