Abstract: Modern industrial college has its internal mechanism and unique advantages in carrying out collaborative education. It is an effective carrier for school enterprise cooperation and industry education collaboration.According to the development characteristics of Alliance Industrial College, this paper analyzes the opportunities and challenges in the operation and management of modern industrial college, and puts forward a multi-party collaborative education mechanism to realize benefit sharing and long-term operation by aiming at cultivating talents. This mechanism can effectively clarify the internal management organization structure form and scope of responsibilities and rights of the college. In the process of college operation management, it can scientifically and reasonably realize the management of personnel, finance, assets, teaching and scientific research. And in the later practical application, remarkable results have been achieved.

摘要: 现代产业学院是搭建校企合作、产教协同的有效载体,在开展协同育人方面具有其内 在机制与独特优势。根据泛联盟式产业学院发展特色,分析了现代产业学院运行管理过程中 的机遇与挑战。以培养适应地区产业应用型人才需求为目标,提出了一种实现利益共享,并 能够长效运行的多方协同育人机制。该机制能够有效明确学院内部管理组织架构形式及责权 范围,并在学院运行管理过程中能够科学合理地实现人事、财务、资产、教学和科研的管理。 在后期的实践应用中,取得了显著成效。
