Abstract: With the implementation of the national vocational education reform plan and the "double high plan", the automobile industry structure continues to transform and upgrade, and the construction and reform of Automobile Specialty in higher vocational colleges is imminent. The automotive specialty of Fujian Chuanzheng Communication College meets the needs of the automotive industry, defines the construction orientation of the specialty group, adheres to the party construction leading the professional construction, explores and practices the reform of teaching innovation team construction, talent training mode and training base construction, so as to improve the quality of talent training and enhance the adaptability of automotive vocational education, in order to provide some construction ideas for peers.

摘要： 随着国家职业教育改革方案和“双高计划”的实施，汽车产业结构不断转型升级，高 职院校汽车专业建设改革迫在眉睫。福建船政交通职业学院汽车专业对接汽车产业需求，明 确专业群的建设定位，坚持党建引领专业建设，对教学创新团队建设、人才培养模式、实训 基地建设等方面改革进行了探索实践，提升人才培养质量，增强汽车职业教育适应性，以期 给同行提供一定的建设思路。
