大厚壁对接环焊缝坡口设计及焊接参数分析

Abstract: The groove structure of the butt circumferential weld of axle head of an axle housing is optimized and analyzed. Combined with the actual welding process, different parameter groups are designed for welding test. Through the weld section inspection and physical and chemical analysis, the best welding break structure and welding parameter matching are obtained. Eliminate the root non fusion defect caused by welding deviation, ensure the minimum penetration value of the weld, and solve the problem of after-sales weld fracture. By optimizing the welding process parameters, clarifying the welding process control measures and methods, and applying them in mass production in actual production, the welding process cost is decreasing and the welding production efficiency is increasing.

摘要: 对某桥壳轴头对接环焊缝的坡口结构进行优化分析,结合实际焊接过程设计不同参数 组进行焊接测试,通过焊缝截面检验和理化分析,得出最佳焊接破口结构和焊接参数匹配。 消除焊偏导致的根部未熔合缺陷,保证焊缝的最小熔深值,解决售后焊缝断裂问题。通过优 化焊接过程参数,明确焊接过程控制措施和方法,在实际生产中批量生产应用,降低焊接过 程成本,提高焊接生产效率。
