Abstract: In order to solve the problems of inconvenient teaching, complicated process and low application efficiency of traditional methods of industrial robots in the stamping industry, through graphical setting and programming, combined with the process requirements of stamping site, the process software for stamping operation of various workstations is developed. The software design is combined with robots, and the on-site debugging skills are used to increase the stability of parts production under different punching times of production line press, improve the surface quality of stamping parts, also meet the stability requirements of stamping production, simplify the stamping process setting process and mode, reduce the operation difficulty of robot, improve the programming efficiency, and improve the production efficiency.

摘要: 为了解决工业机器人在冲压行业示教不便捷、工艺繁杂、传统方式应用效率低的问题, 通过图形化的设置与编程,结合冲压现场的工艺要求,开发出面向多种工作站冲压作业的工 艺软件。将软件设计与机器人相结合,运用现场调试技巧,增加了生产线压机不同冲次下零 件生产的稳定性,提高冲压件的表面质量,亦达到了冲压生产的稳定性要求,简化了冲压工 艺设置流程与方式,降低了机器人的操作难度,提高了编程效率,从而提高了生产效率。
