关联整车的零部件台架试验规范制定方法

Abstract: Complete vehicle and component durability tests are the critical stage of vehicle R&D. A new component durability test method which correlated to complete vehicle test is proposed. Firstly, the complete and component tests is analyzed, based on the damage, rain-flow and phase correlation, an optimization method for component durability test is proposed; uni-axial & multi-axial load cases are analyzed and equivalent test method is proposed. Actual test result show that this new method is well correlated to the complete vehicle test and able to improve the test efficiency.

摘要: 整车、系统及零部件试验是汽车研发中的关键环节,文章提出一种关联整车受力的零 部件台架耐久试验方法。首先分析了整车、系统及零部件耐久试验的特点,基于损伤等相关 条件等效的前提下,提出了改进后的零部件耐久试验方法;分析零部件单轴向受力工况,并 提出等效试验方法;进一步分析了零部件多轴向受力情况,提出加载相位等效的解决办法。 实际试验结果表明,该零部件耐久试验方法与整车试验关联一致性良好,同时可有效提升试 验效率。
