Abstract: With the development needs of various domestic industries, the demand for miniature cars is still large, and the requirements for steering feel are getting higher and higher. This paper proposes the process of calibrating the feel of electric power steering by simulating the daily use scenarios of users and verifying the performance of guaranteeing the difference in feel. Aiming at the calibration of steering feel, the functions and optimization methods of the three control parameters of the electric power steering system, including power assist, alignment and damping, are mainly introduced, and the system performance target requirements are achieved through subjective verification. In the past, the electric power steering calibration did not require system parts. After mass production, there was a serious difference in feel and quality problems. After the calibration was completed, the parts within the upper and lower limit tolerance range were subjectively evaluated, so that the parts within the tolerance range can meet the product. 摘要: 随着国内各行业发展需要,微型汽车需求量仍然较大,转向手感品质要求越来越高。 文章提出了通过模拟用户日常使用场景情况进行电动助力转向手感标定以及保证手感差异性 能验证过程。针对转向手感标定主要介绍了电动助力转向系统助力、回正、阻尼三大控制参 数的作用以及优化方法,通过主观验证达到系统性能目标要求。以往电动助力转向标定对系 统零件不作要求,量产后出现手感差异化严重,产生质量问题,在标定完成后对上下极限公 差范围的零件进行主观评价,使公差范围内的零件都能满足产品性能目标定义要求,确保量 产车辆转向性能有较高的一致性,希望对其他车型电动助力转向手感标定起到参考作用。
