Abstract: Light truck is an important commercial transportation tool in the national economy. Because the blue light truck has the right of way advantage, lightweight is the key path to realize the blue light truck. Based on the theory of materials and finite element, this paper uses ABAQUS simulation software to carry out the structural comparison and lightweight optimization design of battery supports of different brands. At the same time, the acceleration data of the battery support in the real state of the light truck under the road conditions of a test site are measured. According to the excitation data, the finite element model is introduced for load loading and transmission, and the CAE strength of the lightweight scheme of the light truck battery support is compared and analyzed. The results show that the performance of the battery support meets the target requirements. The weight of the lightweight scheme is reduced by 1.2 kg, and the lightweight effect is remarkable.

摘要: 轻卡是国民经济中重要的商业运输交通工具,因蓝牌轻卡具有路权优势,轻量化是实 现蓝牌轻卡的关键路径。文章基于材料学和有限元理论,运用 ABAQUS 仿真软件,开展了不 同品牌蓄电池支架结构对比及轻量化优化设计。同时实测了某试验场路况下的轻卡实车状态 的蓄电池支架加速度数据,根据此激励数据,导入有限元模型,进行载荷加载和传输,开展 轻卡蓄电池支架轻量化方案 CAE 强度对比分析。结果显示蓄电池支架性能满足目标要求,该 轻量化方案减重 1.2 kg,轻量化效果显著。
