Abstract: In order to ensure the strength, stiffness and safety performance of the vehicle and parts unchanged under the premise of weight reduction as much as possible, improve the working performance of the vehicle, to achieve energy saving, green, environmental protection and sustainable development. Based on the theory of nonmetallic composite material science,vehicle structure and numerical simulation analysis, Hyperworks finite element software was used to carry out structural optimization design and comparative analysis of the front guard plate and its mounting bracket of a commercial vehicle, CAE stiffness and modal analysis of lightweight front guard plate, and relevant impact tests were also carried out.The results show that the stress and modal of the front protection plate are optimized and improved after the use of composite materials, and the weight of the front protection plate is reduced by 3 kg, and the lightweight effect is significant.

摘要: 为了保证整车和零部件在强度、刚度和安全性能不变的前提下尽可能地减重,提升汽 车性能,实现节能绿色环保可持续发展。基于非金属复合材料科学、汽车结构及数值仿真分 析理论,运用 Hyperworks 有限元软件对某商用车的前护板及其安装支架进行结构优化设计及 对比分析、轻量化前护板 CAE 刚度及模态分析,同时进行了相关的冲击试验。结果显示,运 用复合材料后,前护板轻量化方案应力和模态都得到优化改善,实现减重 3 kg,轻量化效果 显著。 关键词:商
