Abstract: In order to improve the current situation of low assembly efficiency of heavy truck interiors system assembly, taking the problems in the modular design and development process of a certain heavy truck as the core research object, finds out the key influencing factors of modular technology, and then deduces the key technology of modular design. Finally, it discusses the effect of modulari- zation technology and prospects for modularization technology. Modular design integrates many components to improve the assembly efficiency.

摘要： 为改善目前重卡内饰系统散件装配效率低下的现状，以某重卡模块化设计开发过程中 出现问题为核心研究对象，找出模块化技术的关键影响因素，推论出模块化设计的关键技术。 最后探讨了模块化技术效果，并对模块化技术进行展望。模块化设计整合众多零部件，提升 了装配效率。
