Abstract: A real-time monitoring system for new energy vehicle is requested by Chinese national standard GB/T32960—2016. It is one of the most important means to improve the safety operation as well as the popularization of new energy vehicle in China. Fuel cell vehicle is also considered as one of most important branches of new energy vehicles, however real-time monitoring data collection on fuel cell vehicles under current standard’s framework could not meet actual engineering needs. In order to better reflect working status of a fuel cell vehicle, especially its fuel cell system, the relevant implementation method of real-time monitoring on a fuel cell vehicle is proposed to push for the continuous improvement of relevant national standard.

摘要: 新能源汽车实时监控系统由国家标准 GB/T 32960—2016 定义,是提高新能源汽车安全 运行水平,推进新能源汽车普及的重要手段。燃料电池汽车作为新能源汽车的重要分支,在 现行国标 GB/T32960—2016 框架下对其数据采集的要求与实际工程应用有较大偏离。为了更 好地反映燃料电池汽车尤其是燃料电池系统的工作状态,提出了新能源汽车实时监控系统在 燃料电池汽车上的相关实施方法,以推动国家有关标准的不断完善。
