Structural Analysis of Electric Vehicle Battery-switchable Chassis Based on Finite Element Method

基于有限元的电动汽车换电底盘结构分析

Abstract: In order to understand and master the distribution of strain and stress of the electric vehicle battery-switchable chassis under the rated load, the type of the battery-switchable chassis is studied, the composition structure of the cell split type of battery-switchable chassis is analyzed, the three-dimensional model of the chassis is drawn by SolidWorks software, and the structure analysis of the type of battery-switchable chassis is carried out by using ANSYS. The equivalent stress cloud diagram and total deformation cloud diagram are obtained. Based on this, the structure optimization is carried out, and the verification and analysis are carried out to provide the optimization basis for the overall research and development of the battery-switchable chassis, so as to promote the rapid development of the electric vehicle battery-switchable industry.

摘要: 为了解和掌握电动汽车换电底盘在额定载荷力下的应变与应力的分布情况,研究了换 电底盘的类型,分析了动力电池分箱式换电底盘的组成结构,使用 SolidWorks 绘制了其三维 结构模型,并借助有限元软件 ANSYS 对该类型换电底盘进行结构分析,得出了其等效应力 云图与总变形云图。以此为基础进行结构优化,并对其验证分析,为换电底盘整体研发提供 优化依据,从而推动电动汽车换电行业的快速发展。
