Abstract: Automobile spare parts assembly has become the main form of domestic vehicles export, and export knocked down spare parts packaging is an important part of the whole vehicle export process. In order to improve efficiency, sum up experience and better carry out bulk packaging and transportation, this paper summarizes the operation contents of the production process, analyzes the actual process from knocked down bulk parts classification, primary packaging, secondary packaging, packaging unit base, container selection, packaging scheme verification and so on, and puts forward the formulation method of knocked down bulk parts export packaging scheme, which will help to formulate the export inspection and quarantine requirements and ensure the reliable function of parts and components after reaching the destination The appearance is intact, the quantity is not missing, and the packaging scheme required to ensure the consistency of loading is ultimately conducive to the development of export business.

摘要： 汽车散件组装已经成为国内车辆出口的主要形式，出口散件组装包装是整个车辆出口 过程的重要一环。为了提升效率，总结经验，更好地进行散件包装、运输，文章通过对生产 过程作业内容进行归纳，从汽车散件分类，一次包装、二次包装，包装单元基数，集装箱的 选择，包装方案验证等实际过程进行分析，提出散件组装出口包装方案的制定方法，将有助 于制定出符合出口检验检疫要求，确保零部件到达目的地后功能可靠、外观完好无损，数量 无缺失，保证装车一致性要求的包装方案，最终有利于出口业务的开展。
