Abstract: In order to improve the construction and management level of new energy vehicle laboratory, this paper discusses the construction and management scheme of new energy vehicle laboratory in benchmarking "Double World-class" universities. Based on the construction of "Double World-class" new energy vehicle laboratory in colleges and universities published by the ministry of education, combined with the actual situation of University of Sanya, this paper summarizes the shortcomings of the construction of new energy vehicle laboratory and analyzes the root causes of the problems. This paper puts forward suggestions and countermeasures for the construction of new energy vehicle laboratory from the aspects of top-level design, fine management, first-class innovative talent training, communication and sharing, so as to provide reference for the construction of new energy vehicle laboratory. Through the closed-loop management of the whole process, the standardization and practicability of the construction of new energy vehicle laboratory are realized, which provides a solution for the construction of scientific and standardized laboratory in colleges and universities.

摘要: 为提高新能源汽车实验室建设管理水平,探讨对标“双一流”高校的新能源汽车实验 室建设管理方案。论文对标教育部公布的“双一流”高校新能源汽车实验室建设情况,结合 三亚学院实际,总结新能源汽车实验室建设的不足,剖析问题存在的根源。从顶层设计、精 细化管理、一流创新人才培养以及交流共享等方面提出了新能源汽车实验室建设的建议和对 策,为新能源汽车实验室建设提供参考。通过全过程的闭环管理,实现了新能源汽车实验室 建设的规范性、实用性,为高校科学、规范实验室建设提供了解决思路。
