Abstract: In order to promote the modernization level of vocational education in the new era and improve the competitiveness of employment. Based on the automobile inspection and maintenance technology major of Shaanxi National Defense Industry Vocational and Technical College, this paper introduces the implementation of the 1+X vocational skill level certificates in this college. By analyzing the connotation of the 1+X certificate system and the significance of documentary evidence integration, the paper proposes improvement measures in four aspects: talent training plan, curriculum system, "three teachings" reform, and practical training construction, which realizes the construction of documentary evidence under the 1+X certificate system. Its purpose is to cultivate compound technical and technical talents that meet the needs of enterprises and employers.

摘要： 为促进新时代职业教育现代化水平以及提高就业竞争能力，文章基于陕西国防工业职 业技术学院汽车检测与维修技术专业，介绍该院校 1+X 职业技能等级证书实施状况。通过分 析 1+X 证书制度的内涵以及书证融通意义，提出关于人才培养方案、课程体系、“三教”改 革、实训建设四个方面的改进措施，以实现 1＋X 证书制度下的书证融通实施建设工作，旨在 培养满足企业与用人单位所需的复合型技术技能人才。
