Abstract: Controller area network bus technology has great advantages in the automotive network communication, which can well realize the information exchange between the electronic control units. It can solve the problems existing in the traditional point-to-point information interaction, such as large number of wiring, high cost, high maintenance difficulty, complex work and nonexpandability. This paper takes the controller area network bus of Geely EV450 as an example, studies and analyses the fault diagnosis and elimination methods of controller area network bus, and the corresponding fault diagnosis cases are provided, which will provide some reference for automotive technicians and can be applied to the actual maintenance and diagnosis process.

摘要: 控制器局域网络总线技术在汽车网络通讯中具有很大的优势,可以很好地实现各电控 单元之间的信息交流,解决传统点对点信息交互存在的布线数量多、成本大、维修难度高、 工作繁杂及不可拓展性等问题。文章以吉利 EV450 纯电动汽车的控制器局域网络总线为例, 对控制器局域网络总线故障诊断及排除方法进行了研究分析,并提供了相应的故障诊断案例, 其可应用于实际的维修诊断过程中,并为汽车技术人员提供一定参考。
