Abstract: In order to solve the effect of artificial paint and a lot of paint fog and harmful gas harm to human body, this paper expounds the present situation of automobile automatic spraying technology. Then designed an automatic painting device, analyzed the car body automatic painting device effect and technical scheme, the results have more uniform, paint effect is better, high rust performance, high decorative, to adapt to the future higher environmental standards, complete the requirements of high quality car body painting.

摘要: 为优化人工补漆成漆的效果,解决大量漆雾和有害气体对人体产生的危害,文章阐述 了汽车自动喷涂技术的现状,设计了一款自动喷漆装置,分析了汽车车身自动喷漆装置效果 和技术方案,该成果具备喷漆更均匀、成漆效果更好、高防锈性能、高装饰性,以适应在未 来更高的环保标准下,完成高质量的汽车车身喷漆的要求。
